DS™ TG-GB212 is a functional formula based on transglutaminase that is produced by fermentationof Streptoverticillium mobaraense. TG-GB212 is delicately designed to

restructure muscle food for good manufacturing practice. TG-GB212 can produce

strong bonds between two pieces of meat. Quality small pieces canbe"reorganized" to deliver standard products with added value.TG-GB212 is generally applied in solution.

1. Recommended dosage is 0.5%-1.5% of the total raw meat.

Storage condition: Stored ina cool and dry place away from the direct sun light. etter to stored under 10℃. Avoid to be exposed to the air. Once opened, should be used immediately or resealed and

frozen.
